Dream Journal #11

It was late at night. I was in a house unfamiliar to the waking me. I was in a small, narrow bathroom, sitting on the toilet. The lights inside the house were off but the street laps shown through the windows giving the bathroom a slight glow. To the right of the toilet was an open door to a bedroom. High up on the wall to the left of the toilet was a mirror. For no particular reason my face was painted up as a clown. While I was sitting there, I looked up at the mirror and saw the face of a clown. It was funny seeing my face as a clown so I made a goofy clown grin, only the face in the mirror did not change. I turned towards the door and standing there was a tall, overweight man dressed in a dirty tan one-piece utility suit, like the ones worn by those that work some crappy dirty job. His face was painted up like a clown, his hair was dirty and in disarray. I freaked out. I woke up but had dream paralysis, so I quickly slipped back into the dream, again sitting on the toilet in front of the evil clown. This time I began growling trying to scare him off… or wake myself up. A few seconds later I woke up, heart racing, and still growling.
